Steven has extensive experiences in cross-boarder mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and property development management & financing. He was also previously the Chief Executive Officer of an ASX listed mining company Anchor Resources Ltd (ASX:AHR) and currently holds directorship in multiple listed companies.
Prior to joining Sunsolis, he worked as a practicing lawyer for Norton Rose Fulbright in Beijing and Melbourne, Deacons and Maddocks Lawyers in Melbourne. He was a key member for the $1.4billion hostile takeover of Midwest by Sinosteel which was awarded the deal of the year by the International Financial Law Review.
He holds a Commerce & Law degree from Melbourne University, Masters of Law degree from Boston University and EMBA degree from Columbia University and London Business School. He is admitted to practice law in China, Australia and United States. His speciality areas are capital market, structured financing and property transactions.
Herman has extensive knowledge and experience in law and has been a University guest lecturer. His major areas of practice include corporate, commercial law and family wealth management.
