Herman has extensive knowledge and experience in law and has been a university guest lecturer. His major areas of practice include corporate, commercial law and family wealth management.

Herman has exceptional abilities in dispute resolution and has successfully run multiple litigation matters for corporate and individual clients. His experience includes offering a range of advisory and legal support to clients in matters involving cross-border dispute resolution, M&A, AFSL application, AUSTRAC compliance, investment, trust and equity.

He is also a non-executive director of a socially responsible non-profit organisation that provides a range of legal and social support to local communities.

Herman values client communication. He is fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English and as a result, he can ensure that clients speaking different languages are listened to well and looked after.
