Jae is a leading barrister in Sydney and has over ten years’ experience in the area of Criminal Law. Prior to being called to the bar, Jae worked as a Police Prosecutor for seven years with the NSW Police Force and gained a wide range of experience. He has practiced with genuine passion and professionalism, striving to seek justice for his clients.

Jae has extensive experience including trial counsel with the State and Commonwealth DPP’s, Special Prosecutor’s Office, and Criminal Justice Commission. He appears at all stages of the criminal process including the Local Court, the District Court, and the Supreme Court.

Jae now practices in the New South Wale, Australia predominantly in the area of Criminal Law majoring in defence cases including appellate, trial and tribunal hearings. Jae’s trial experience includes: assault; murder; Manslaughter; domestic violence; larceny; armed robbery; kidnapping and sexual assault.

Jae’s practice also includes Coronial Inquests / Commissions of Inquiry, and Mental Health.
