Sylvia graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor of Laws and Bachelor of International and Global Studies (majoring in government and international relations). She then went on to complete her Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice before becoming admitted as a solicitor to the Supreme Court of New South Wales.

Sylvia is experienced in both family law and immigration law. Her comprehensive expertise allows her to provide tailored legal advice to clients facing diverse challenges in these areas. In immigration law, she advises on visa eligibility, temporary and permanent visa options, visa strategies, compliance, and risk management in the visa context as well as merits and judicial review. Her expertise in family law encompasses a wide variety of matters, including but not limited to divorce, property and financial disputes, parenting arrangement, spousal maintenance, Family Law court orders and proceedings. Utilising her keen eye for detail and aptitude for finding innovative solutions, she strives to achieve the best and cost-efficient outcomes for her clients at all times.

Sylvia is passionate about global mobility and social issues. She finds purpose in assisting individuals and families navigate the intricacies of the legal system. Fluent in both Mandarin and English, she is dedicated to providing exceptional service to her diverse clients, whether local or international.
